A short film comprised of five short sketches about life, Death (the entity) and ridiculous things happening. And also Fred. He's just there.
The film is being screened at Smith’s Alternative (76 Alinga Street, Canberra ACT) along with four brackets of live entertainment on Wednesday, the 9th of October @ 7:30PM. Featuring performances from Oakelani Edmonds, Rylee de Salis, Marcel Cole and Leo Amadeus himself, this evening promises to leave you laughing and perhaps rolling in your grave. Not that it will kill you. That would be reckless. Ticket link available TBA, but you can just show up. No-one will be upset if you don’t book in advance.

About the Film
This film was shot over six days between December 2023 and February 2024. Originally just one sketch, I grew this idea into five that are set in different scenarios but have essentially the same themes. Shot in Canberra (at Perform Australia and St. Alban’s) by (young) Canberra artists, this film explores life, Death and some guy named Fred who we haven’t quite figured out what his part is yet.

Job Interview
Things go awry for Jo when she turns up to a job interview where the interviewer is just a little bit odd.
